Terms and Conditions of Use
These General Conditions may be modified or updated at any time by LIGHT PROGRESS SRL, which will inform customers through appropriate channels. The photos and descriptions of the products on the website lightprogress-shop.it may change without notice.
1. Product Availability
Usually, the materials on the lightprogress-shop.it website are shipped within 24/48 hours. If the ordered product is not available at the time, LIGHT PROGRESS SRL will inform the customer via email about the unavailability and any waiting period to fulfill the order; if the customer does not agree to wait for the required delivery time, no obligation shall remain on the part of the requester towards LIGHT PROGRESS SRL.
2. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Accepted payment methods: PAYPAL, Credit/Debit Card through the Paypal portal, Advance Bank Transfer.

3. Invoicing
All orders are shipped with an accompanying invoice; an electronic invoice is issued simultaneously.
For companies, the original invoice will be available at the PEC address or SDI code provided at registration or in the reserved area on the Revenue Agency’s website.
4. Warranty
LIGHT PROGRESS SRL certifies that its devices are made with high-quality materials, undergo rigorous testing procedures, and are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase. For companies, the warranty is valid for 12 (twelve) months in accordance with current legislation.
4.1 Minimum requirements for warranty validity.
The warranty will only be valid if the original purchase invoice is presented by the buyer.
4.2 Warranty limitations.
The warranty excludes:
- Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions that accompany the product at the time of purchase.
- Periodic checks, maintenance, repair, or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
- Consumable parts.
- Use of spare parts or consumables incompatible with the product. Compatibility is guaranteed only if LIGHT PROGRESS SRL-recommended products are used.
- Failures caused by modifications to the device without LIGHT PROGRESS SRL’s consent.
- Improper use of the product, drops, or impacts.
- Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
Defective devices, if any, must be returned free of charge to LIGHT PROGRESS SRL’s location.
To return potentially defective materials, it is necessary to request a Non-Conformity Request Form (RNC) by sending an email to info@lightprogress.it or calling +39 0575 749255. Once received, the return form must be completed in full and emailed to info@lightprogress.it to obtain an RNC number authorizing the shipment of goods to LIGHT PROGRESS SRL’s warehouse.
Only authorized goods will be accepted; otherwise, they will be refused or returned to the sender with shipping charges. Packages must be sent FREE OF CHARGE with adequate packaging for transportation. The RMA number is valid for 10 working days from the date of issue.
5. Product Shipping
LIGHT PROGRESS SRL delivers its products within the Italian and European territory through express courier. Shipping costs are clearly indicated in the documents preceding the purchase (order request). See our Shipping section.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, an individual purchasing goods without indicating a VAT number for invoicing purposes has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, following the procedures outlined in point 2, subject to the provisions in point 3.
6.2 To exercise this right, the customer must complete the return procedure using the RNC form in their user area under RETURNS.
The form must be fully completed and emailed to info@lightprogress.it to obtain an RNC number authorizing the shipment of goods to LIGHT PROGRESS SRL’s warehouse.
Only authorized goods will be accepted; otherwise, they will be refused or returned to the sender with shipping charges.

6.3 The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to withdraw only part of the product purchased (e.g., accessories, spare parts, etc.).
- The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging and any accompanying documentation and accessories: manuals, accessories, etc.); in all cases, avoid affixing labels or adhesive tape directly to the product’s original packaging.
- By law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping is the customer’s responsibility until the item has been received at our warehouse.
- In the event of damage to the item during transportation, LIGHT PROGRESS SRL will inform the customer of the occurrence (within the 5th day after receiving the item at its warehouses), allowing the customer to promptly file a claim with their chosen courier to obtain a refund for the item's value (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, and the withdrawal request will be canceled.
- LIGHT PROGRESS SRL is not responsible in any way for damage, theft, or loss of items returned with uninsured shipments.
- Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transportation. If the original packaging and/or packing is damaged, LIGHT PROGRESS SRL will deduct a percentage of the refund, not exceeding 10%, as a contribution to restoration costs.
6.4 Barring any restoration costs for damage to the original packaging, LIGHT PROGRESS SRL will refund the full amount paid by the customer by Bank Transfer within 14 days of the item’s return. The customer must promptly provide bank details for the refund (IBAN code in the name of the invoice holder).
6.5 The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the item’s integrity (packaging and/or its contents) is compromised, in cases where LIGHT PROGRESS SRL finds:
- The absence of the outer packaging and/or the original inner packing.
- Missing integral parts of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...).
- Product damage for reasons other than transportation.
In case of withdrawal forfeiture, LIGHT PROGRESS SRL will return the purchased item to the sender, charging shipping costs to them.
7. Authorizations
By completing the personal information form during the registration process required to initiate the order request and any related confirmation upon concluding the transaction, the customer authorizes LIGHT PROGRESS SRL to share non-sensitive personal data (residence, phone number) with trusted couriers used for the delivery of purchased goods, allowing the necessary procedures for their delivery.
8. Buyer Obligations
The buyer is prohibited from providing false or fictitious information required to initiate the order request process and related communications.
Upon completing the online order process, the customer agrees to print or save these general conditions, which they have already reviewed and accepted as a mandatory step in making a purchase, as well as to print the specifications of the product being purchased.
The guarantee of payment fulfillment, as made by the customer using the methods mentioned above, is essential. Consequently, by explicit agreement, the customer's failure to fulfill this obligation will result in the automatic termination of the contract without the need for judicial intervention, notwithstanding LIGHT PROGRESS SRL's right to seek additional damages.
9. Contract Termination and Express Termination Clause
LIGHT PROGRESS SRL has the right to terminate the contract by providing simple notice to the customer with adequate and justified reasons; in such cases, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid.
10. Shipping Costs and Times
LIGHT PROGRESS SRL ships within 4-5 working days of receiving your order, Monday to Friday. LIGHT PROGRESS SRL delivers its products within the Italian and European territory through express courier. For shipments within Italy (including the islands), shipping costs are always included and not charged separately. For shipments outside of Italy, shipping costs are calculated after the customer's payment of the order and will be charged separately, but prior to shipment. This allows us to always offer our customers the most affordable shipping rates based on their order.
